Bill Haselman Autographed catcher's mitt

DescriptionBrown leather left-handed catcher's mitt with the thumb and main stall connected by a piece of leather as webbing. There are leather laces lining the outer perimeter edge. Palm side stamps include "Professional Model 1790 / Snap Action / Pro-Toe / Grip Tite Pocket / W / The A2403." Back side has a hand-shaped piece sewn on top with three finger stalls, a thumb stall and a laced wrist strap. There is a black, red, white and blue "Wilson" label with MLB logos vertically on the back side pinky stall and a circular black and gold embroidered "W" logo on the back side thumb stall. Below this is "Haselman" and "Has" handwritten in black ink. Mitt has been signed on the palm side outer pinky edge in green ink.
Bio/Historical NoteBoth the Detroit Tigers and this mitt were pounded on September 18, 1996, when Boston Red Sox catcher Bill Haselman caught fireballer Roger Clemens's second 20-strikeout game.
