DescriptionA black-and-white photograph of Babe Ruth accepting an award on the field. His New York Yankees teammates are behind him and it looks like there is additional Yankees staff present. Ruth and his teammates are wearing Yankees home uniforms while the others are wearing suits. Art Fletcher, who became manager in 1927, is visible to the left of Ruth. Based on this and Ruth's time with the Yankees, this photograph was taken between 1927 and 1934. Ruth's signature is written on the photograph, across his legs.
