Don Sutton 300th Career Win Autographed glove

DescriptionTan-colored leather fielder's glove with four finger stalls and a thumb stall. Finger stalls are connected at the top by a connecting lace. "SSK" and "The Catching Machine" are stamped in black on the palm side of the glove. Palm has dimples in a concentric pattern. The bottom edge of the palm side has grommets and lacing. Webbing is stitched together in a diamond pattern. Back side of the glove along the thumb stall has "Don Sutton" stitched in dark blue. The back of the webbing has "20" handwritten in black ink. "Made in Japan" is stamped in black on the back of the little finger stall. Glove is autographed in black ink, "Don Sutton / 6-16-86 / 300 wins," on the back of the finger stalls. Back of the wristband has "SSK" embroidered in maroon and gold.
Bio/Historical NoteGlove used and autographed by pitcher Don Sutton of the California Angels as he recorded his 300th career win on June 18, 1986 versus the Texas Rangers, with a final score of 5-1.
