DescriptionOversize brown leather right-handed glove with four finger stalls, a thumb stall and a leather strap between the forefinger and thumb stalls as webbing. Palm side has black leather piping around the edges of the finger stalls with metal grommets and leather laces lining the wrist opening. There is a "D&M Sporting Goods" stamp at the center heel palm side. Back side has black leather piping and an opening at the base of the finger stalls. There is a wrist strap with a black and gold "Draper & Maynard" manufacturers logo and fastened with a knotted leather lace.

Bio/Historical NoteOversize glove used by baseball clown, Nick Altrock in his routines. Nick Altrock was a "comedy coach" with the Washington Senators from 1912 until 1957, occasionally coaching, but more often running routines to entertain the crowds, performing all over the country with and without the team.
