DescriptionWhite polyester shirt, size 46, with six clear buttons down the front placket and "Nationals / 12" in red, black and gold appliques across the front chest. There is red, black and gold piping around the sleeve ends and the neckline. Proper left front shirttail has a manufacturer label, "Authentic Collection / Majestic / Performance Apparel," with a sizing tag below. To the bottom left of this is an MLB Authentication hologram sticker. Proper left sleeve has a circular patch with "DC" in white encircled by gold stars. Below this is a red embroidered "M" logo. Reverse of the shirt has "Soriano" in black and red appliques with "12" below in black, red and gold appliques. There is an MLB logo patch at the top back of the neck.
Bio/Historical NoteShirt worn by Alfonso Soriano of the Washington Nationals on September 16, 2006 when he stole his 40th base of the year, becoming only the fourth player to steal 40 bases and hit 40 homers in one season.
