DescriptionWhite shirt, size 50, with six clear buttons down the front chest and navy blue pinstripes. Front chest has "Twins" and "57" in navy blue and red appliques. Proper left front shirttail has a manufacturer label, "Authentic Majestic Athletic," and white label with black stitching, "57 50 06." Proper left sleeve has a team patch with a red, white and blue embroidered manufacturer logo below, while the proper right sleeve has "34" in black lettering. Reverse of the shirt has "Santana" in navy blue appliques and "57" in red appliques. There is an MLB logo patch at the top back of the neck.

Bio/Historical NoteShirt worn by pitcher Johan Santana of the Minnesota Twins during 2006 when he went 19-6 with a 2.77 ERA. Santana won the pitcher's triple crown (wins, ERA and Strike-outs), the first since 1985 (Dwight Gooden).
