Los Angeles Angels sombrero

DescriptionRed velvet sombrero with extravagant hand-sewn silver and white detailing on the top and underside of the brim. There is an embroidered team logo on the front of the crown. There are two adjustable silver ties attached to the underside of the sombrero. There is an interior tan vinyl sweatband. Interior white lining of the crown has manufacturer information and care instructions in Spanish.

Bio/Historical NoteSombrero given to Los Angeles Angels manager Mike Scioscia at a 2003 press conference by new owner Arte Moreno, a Mexican-American businessman and the first Latino major league owner.
