DescriptionBlack plastic batting helmet, size 7 3/4, with a proper left ear protector and extended cage face protector that follows the jaw with a decorative "G" included into the cage at the end. There is a plastic white, yellow, blue, and orange "M" logo decal attached to the front and an MLB logo at the rear center. A blue and white number 27 sticker is above the MLB logo. There are six ventilation holes at the top crown and two on the proper left ear guard. The interior of the helmet has padding along the sweatband, top crown, proper right ear guard, and at the back of the head. In the interior of the helmet there are two tags, "Rawlings" and "MLB Authentic On-Field Equipment." There is also a sizing sticker and a safety instructions sticker inside the helmet. "7 3/4" is written on the interior in silver pen.

Bio/Historical NoteBatting helmet used by the Miami Marlins' Giancarlo Stanton in games during the 2016 season. This helmet includes a wire face guard in the shape of a capital "G." Stanton has worn batting helmets with extended face guards since being hit in the face with a pitch on September 11, 2014.
