DescriptionWhite polyester shirt, size 48, with six clear buttons down the front placket and "Royals / 3" in blue appliques across the front chest. Sleeve hems have thin blue piping. Proper left sleeve has a Royals patch and proper right sleeve has a "Postseason 14" patch with an MLB logo and two white pennants on either side against red and blue backgrounds respectively. Proper left front shirttail has a manufacturer label, "Authentic Collection / Size 48." Side seam has a "Cool Base" flag tag. Reverse of the shirt has "Yost / 3" in blue appliques. Affixed onto the "3" is an MLB Authentication hologram sticker.
Bio/Historical NoteKansas City Royals home uniform shirt worn by manager Ned Yost during Game 4 of the 2014 ALCS. The Royals won the series four games to zero. Yost was the first manager to win his first eight postseason games.
