Joey Votto On-Base Streak shoes

DescriptionBlue and gray nylon and leather shoes, size 13, with red laces and red manufacturer logos on both the inner and outer sides. Tongues have "Votto" at the top in red lettering. Heels have "19" embroidered in red and "Nike Air" stamped on the lower rubber portions. Insoles have been torn out, with residual foam on the bottom. There are manufacturer labels on the interior inner sides of each shoe. Bottom soles are black and red plastic with a white manufacturer logo in the center, "19" in a circular plastic button on the heels and raised cleats.

Bio/Historical NoteBetween July 26 and August 15, 2017, Joey Votto of the Cincinnati Reds wore these shoes during a 20-game streak in which he reached base safely multiple times each game. The Reds first baseman became only the fourth player since 1900 to fashion such a streak.
