DescriptionRectangular hooked rug wall hanging featuring a multi-colored depiction of three rows of baseball players in uniform. The lower row is comprised of two players who are laying down, with a bat boy in between. The second row is comprised of five players and the third row is comprised of four players and a figure in plain clothes. All are wearing baseball caps and have "Frederick" across the front chest of their uniform shirts. Back side has "Home Team" and "Roslyn Logsdon" handwritten in black marker across the bottom edge cotton strip.

Bio/Historical NoteHooked rug wall hanging created, designed and hooked by fiber artist Roslyn Logsdon in 1991. It was based on a 1910 image of a Frederick, MD baseball club.
