DescriptionOil on linen painting depicting a baseball player sliding into a base and being tagged by a member of the opposite team. The stands and fans are blurred out in the background. The artist has signed the piece in the lower right corner. The painting is stretched over a wooden stretcher and attached with metal staples. There is hanging hardware on the back side.

Bio/Historical NoteOriginal painting by artist Graig Kreindler in 2015. This piece was inspired by an action shot from Game 1 of the 1911 World Series when Fred Snodgrass of the New York Giants spiked Home Run Baker of the Philadelphia Athletics.
