DescriptionRectangular wooden plaque, vertically oriented, with a multi-colored poster on the front beneath a pane of clear plastic held in place with four metal pegs, one in each corner. The majority of the lettering on the poster is in Japanese. "Thank You From Hyogo, Together Into the Future, Let's Play Ball! / The 15th World Children's Baseball Fair 2004 In Hyogo, Japan" is in yellow and black lettering along the top. There is a large depiction of a red baseball glove catching a baseball on the lower portion of the poster. Below the poster is a black and gold-colored placard reading "Hank Aaron / A Special Thanks For Your Generous Support Of / The World Children's Baseball Fair / Hyogo, Japan 2004" in gold lettering. Back side of the plaque has a manufacturer sticker at the top center along with two areas to hang the plaque either vertically or horizontally.
