DescriptionOversize wooden award with a hexagonal vertical piece tapering up to the top. This vertical piece is attached to an octagonal beveled base. On the front of the vertical piece is a triangular black metal placard reading "Baseball / The Commissioner's Award / 1970 All-Star Game / Henry Aaron / Most Popular Player By Vote of the Fans / Most Valuable Player By Vote of the Writers" in gold lettering. Bottom of the base has a manufacturer sticker.
