DescriptionA black-and-white photograph of, from left to right, Joe McCarthy, Mel Ott, and Leo Durocher captured standing in a dugout. McCarthy, dressed in a New York Yankees road uniform, has a tight lipped smile and has his hands on his waist. Ott, dressed in a New York Giants home uniform, has his hand on his knee and has his head slightly turned to the side. Durocher, dressed in a Brooklyn Dodgers road uniform, also has his hand on his knee and has a smile on his face. An unidentified gentleman is seated on the bench in the dugout. Numerous fans are seated in the stands in the background. Based on Ott's uniform and his time with the Giants, this photograph was probably taken in 1944.
