DescriptionTwo black-and-white negatives of Pee Wee Reese captured in profile about to throw a baseball. He is dressed in a Brooklyn Dodgers home uniform. An unidentified player, who is probably Hugh Casey, is on the field holding a baseball bat behind Reese wearing a uniform with the number 25 on the back. Ebbets Field is in the background. The stands are filled with fans. Based on Reese's uniform and his time with the Brooklyn Dodgers, this negative was taken between 1940 and 1942.
