DescriptionA black-and-white full-length photograph of Bob Feller wearing a Cleveland Indians road uniform. Based on the uniform design this image was taken between 1939, when the pinstripe road uniforms were no longer used and 1941 when Feller joined the navy. Feller stands on his left leg with his right leg bent, extended slightly backwards and raised off the ground around knee height. Feller looks into the distance, his body leans to the left over his supporting leg. On his left hand, that is extended down by his side, Feller wears a baseball glove. Feller's right arm is raised across the center of his torso extending across to his left side. Due to the included background and the shadows on the face of Feller and behind his figure this photo was taken outdoors within a baseball stadium. The photo appears to have been cut from a larger image with the majority of the background cropped out.
