DescriptionA full-length color photograph of Jason Isringhausen pitching. On the mound, wearing a New York Mets home uniform, Isringhausen is captured mid-pitch. Lunging forward with his front left leg, Isringhausen drags his bent, back right leg. Wearing a glove on his left hand, that rests waist height, in front of his body, Isringhausen grips the ball with his right hand. Extending his right arm shoulder height, away from his side, Isringhausen bends his right hand backwards, angled upwards. Visible in the lower left corner of the photograph is a sticker with a Major League Baseball Players Association and a MLB licensee logo. Based on the specific design of the uniform worn by Isringhausen this image dates from 1995, his first year with New York, to 1997, the year this photograph was donated to the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum.
