Moe Berg All Americans shirt

DescriptionLight gray uniform shirt with five gray buttons down the front placket and a circular patch on the proper left side chest, "All Americans," in red with a shield in the center. Neckline, front placket and sleeve edges have red, white and blue piping. Proper left side sleeve has "US" in red, white and blue embroidery. Proper right side sleeve has a red, white, blue and yellow shield with stars and stripes. Reverse of the shirt has "8" in red and blue appliques. Interior back of the neck has a "Spalding" manufacturer label along with "M Berg" in red embroidery.

Bio/Historical NoteDuring the 1934 tour of Japan, Moe Berg wore this jersey as a member of the All Americans. The squad went undefeated, winning all 16 games they played against Japanese opponents.
