DescriptionBlack high-top leather shoes, size 12, with black laces and white manufacturer logos on the outer sides. Perforated tongues are white. Interior underside of the tongues have manufacturer labels. There is an ankle strap with hook and loop fasteners and "Air" in white lettering with a small manufacturer logo. Base of the laces has "Nike" in white lettering. Toe portions have a white strip with small black manufacturer logos on the inner sides. Inner and outer side ankle areas have transparent oval mesh windows. Heels have "Air" in white lettering with MLB Authentication hologram stickers below. Bottom soles are white and black plastic with nine metal spikes.
Bio/Historical NoteShoes worn by New York Yankees catcher Jose Molina on September 21, 2008 when he hit the last home run at Yankee Stadium, a fourth-inning two-run shot against the visiting Baltimore Orioles. Yankee Stadium closed following the 2008 baseball season and the new stadium opened in 2009.
