Billy Butler 50th Season Double cap

DescriptionRoyal blue cap, size 7 1/2, with a team logo embroidered on the front in white. Button at the top crown is white. There is an MLB logo embroidered at the rear center. Interior proper right front panel has "16" handwritten in black ink. Underside of the bill is black with an MLB Authentication hologram sticker. Interior black cotton sweatband has three manufacturer labels, including "Authentic Collection," "New Era" and a sizing tag.

Bio/Historical NoteCap worn by Billy Butler of the Kansas City Royals in a game against the Minnesota Twins on September 26, 2009 at Kauffman Stadium. During the game, Butler recorded his 50th double of the season, becoming the fifth player in MLB history to compile at least 20 home runs and 50 doubles in a single season before the age of 24.
