DescriptionGray uniform shirt, size 42, with black piping around the neck and sleeve ends. There are seven gray plastic buttons down the front placket. "Miami" is in orange, blue, yellow, white and silver appliques across the front chest. Proper left sleeve has a team logo patch and a black embroidered manufacturer logo. Proper right interior front placket has a manufacturer tag with a QR code, sizing, "Authentic Collection" and an MLB logo. Proper left front shirttail has a manufacturer label, "Exclusively Engineered for Majestic / Authentic Collection / Major League Baseball / Flex / Size 42." There is an MLB Authentication hologram stuck to this tag. Reverse of the shirt has "Ichiro" in black and silver appliques with "51" in black, red and silver appliques beneath. There is an MLB logo on the top back of the neck.
Bio/Historical NoteUniform shirt worn by Ichiro Suzuki of the Miami Marlins for his 3,000th career hit in the United States on August 7, 2016. Ichiro became the 30th player to reach 3,000 hits. He is the first Japanese player to reach 3,000 hits and the fourth player from outside the United States to do so. He is the seventh player ever to notch 3,000 hits as well as 500 stolen bases.
