Alex Cora World Series sweatshirt

DescriptionGray patterned polyester hooded sweatshirt, size large, with an MLB logo on top of a red banner that reads "2018" above a large "WS" on the front. Beneath this logo is a red and white "B" logo. Above these logos is a small red and white manufacturer logo. Bottom front of the sweatshirt has a muff pocket with openings on the right and left. The sweatshirt sleeves appear to have been cut to a shorter length. Proper left sleeve has "World Series" printed in silver with an MLB logo at the end. The reverse and proper right sleeve are plain. Interior material is soft felted polyester. Interior proper left has a manufacturers tag with care instructions and an MLB Authentication hologram sticker. Interior back of the neck has a manufacturer label, "Majestic / Authentic Collection," with size and "Made in Indonesia" below.

Bio/Historical NoteHoodie worn on the field by Red Sox manager Alex Cora during Game 5 of the World Series. Cora, who was a part of the 2007 Red Sox World Championship season as an infielder, made his managerial debut in 2018 after serving as bench coach for the 2017 Houston Astros who also won the World Series. Cora became the fifth rookie manager in MLB history to win a World Series following Bucky Harris (1924 Senators), Eddie Dyer (1946 Cardinals), Ralph Houk (1961 Yankees) and Bob Brenly (2001 Diamondbacks). He was also the first Puerto Rican manager to win a World Series.
