DescriptionCircular gilt and enamel medal depicting a gold eagle with outstretched wings surrounded by a wreath of green leaves below and white orbs above. The medal is suspended on a teal, navy blue, and white vertically striped ribbon. Back side of the medal has "To / Henry 'Hank' Aaron / From / The President Of / The United States" in raised lettering with a shield and leaves below. On the back side top of the ribbon is a straight pin with clasp.

Bio/Historical NotePresidential Citizens Medal awarded to Hank Aaron by President Bill Clinton on January 8, 2001 for performing exemplary deeds of service for his country and fellow citizens.
