DescriptionA half-length black-and-white portrait photograph of Dan Brouthers. Depicted from the waist up, shown in profile, Brouthers wears a three piece suit. Brouthers looks forward, directing his gaze to a point to the left of the camera. Captured out of doors, a brick wall is visible in the background. Portions of the background have been painted gray and are not original to the photograph. The parallel lines surrounding Brouthers' face exist as another modification made for publication, indicating where the image is to be cropped. Stamped on the reverse (now shown), in purple ink, is the phrase, "LAST TIME USED JUN 2 - 1931."
