Bio/Historical NoteCigarette box presented to Harold "Pee Wee" Reese after his participation in the 1948 All-Star Game. The game was held on July 13, 1948, at Sportsman's Park in St. Louis, Missouri, resulting in the American League defeating the National League 5–2.
