DescriptionA black-and-white photograph of Bob Feller captured in a wide stance on the sideline of the baseball field as he holds the baseball out in front of him. Feller has a serious expression on his face. He is dressed in the Cleveland Indians road uniform. An unidentified baseball stadium is partially visible in the background. A newspaper clipping affixed to the back of the photograph (not shown) reads, "Bob Feller. A fast ball is the youngster's stock in trade, but he is a Orleans of the Southern League..." Based on Feller's uniform and his time with the Cleveland Indians this photograph was taken in approximately 1936.
