DescriptionNatural stain wooden bat, 34 ounces, with a "Louisville Slugger 125" trademark logo in the center of the barrel and "Trade Mark / Lou Gehrig (facsimile signature) / Reg. U.S. Pat. Off." near the end of the barrel.
Bio/Historical NoteBat used during the 1937 All-Star Game by Lou Gehrig of the New York Yankees to hit a home run off of Dizzy Dean of the St. Louis Cardinals. The game was held on July 7, 1937 at Griffith Stadium in Washington, D.C. and resulted in the American League defeating the National League 8-3.
