DescriptionBlack leather and nylon high top shoes, size 9 1/2, with white manufacturer logos on both the inner and outer sides. "47" is handwritten in black ink on the logo on the inner sides. Each shoe has black laces. Left shoe has additional black rubber toe reinforcement. Top of each tongue has "Nike" in white lettering. Heels have "Nike Air" in white lettering. Right shoe has a black fabric loop above the manufacturers logo on the heel. Left shoe rear ankle portion has been cut and removed. Bottom soles are black and white with six metal spikes on each. Middle center of the soles have "Nike" in raised black lettering.
Bio/Historical NoteShoes worn by Tom Glavine of the Atlanta Braves during the 1995 World Series. The Atlanta Braves defeated the Cleveland Indians, four games to two, to win the 1995 World Series.
