Feller is shown from the hips up. He is wearing a Cleveland road uniform with a nylon jacket underneath his jersey. He is looking away from the camera, up at his intended target. There is plain white background behind him with a top corner of a sign showing on the bottom right corner of the photo. The back of the photo (not shown) is stamped with International News logo and copyright warning.
