Preparing to hurl the ball, Grimes supports his weight between his front left leg and his back right leg. Holding both hands face height, Grimes rests his right hand in the pocket of his gloved left hand. Grimes looks forward to a point in the distance and to the right of the camera. Captured on the field, an unoccupied stadium can be seen in the background.
