DescriptionA black-and-white half-length group portrait photograph of Bing Miller, Connie Mack, and Mickey Cochrane. Miller, left, shown in 3/4 profile, wears a three piece suit and bow tie. Standing with his left shoulder angled away from the camera, Miller looks forward, to a point to the right of the camera. Mack, center, facing the camera, wears a three piece pinstripe suit and tie. Mack turns his head to his left, looking to a point to the right of the camera. Cochrane, right, facing the camera, wears a double breasted checkered suit and tie. Cochrane directs his gaze to a point above and to the left of the camera. Pasted on the reverse (not shown), a caption, typed in black ink, reads, "AT BASEBALL MEETING NEW YORK: CONNIE MACK (CENTER) , OWNER-MANAGER OF THE PHILADELPHIA ATHLETICS, ATTENDS THE OPENING MEETING OF THE THREE-DAY GATHERING OF THE NATIONAL AND AMERICAN LEAGUES AT NEW YORK'S HOTEL COMMODORE, DEC. 12 WITH HIM ARE HIS TWO NEW COACHES, BING MILLER (LEFT) AND MICKEY COCHRANE. 12/12/49."
